REPAIR SERVICES

$150.⁰⁰              System Restoration or Windows Install - Reload of entire system using client provided disks. (Does not include backup). Stuck in Windows98 or WindowsME? TRU-TEK Computers™ can get you up to speed by installing a new operating system on your computer clean install or upgrade.

$200.⁰⁰               Spyware / Virus Removal / OS Repair - If your PC is infected with viruses, infiltrated with spyware, or reacting sluggishly TRU-TEK Computers™ can reduce or remove the source damaging your operating system. Ask for security software to help prevent internet problems. (2 hours)

PREVENTION SERVICES                       

$60.⁰⁰              Anti-spyware / Anti-Adware / Antivirus / Firewall Install – Installation of antivirus software with the latest updates on your PC, so your defenses are up to speed. Optional software sold separately. Add $30 (Ex. Symantec, McAfee, ZoneAlarm, Kaspersky, Acronis.)

 $100.⁰⁰               Restore CD Creation – Everyone should have a copy of their recovery software in case of a disaster. SAVE $29 compared to $129 at retail chains!

$80.⁰⁰              Update Solution – Software Install updates for most common system programs to bring you up to speed. Examples: MS Windows Update, Acrobat Reader, Windows Media Player, Antivirus, Firewall, etc.

$130.⁰⁰           Optimize Solution - Keep your computer tuned up for a more stable and reliable tool. Recommended every month to four months per calendar year, you will receive: Removal of space wasting temporary files, Disk Defragmenter optimization (sorting system files), and Scan Disk check (check for errors), removal of unwanted software and background processes; quicken your computer startup times, and other system tweaks to help your computer to run better. If needed defrag your hard drive.

$200.⁰⁰           Optimize and Security Solution – Update your computer software such as Windows Update, security software updates, and various other software. Remove unwanted files and software; reduce background processes, and improve the overall performance of your PC. If needed defrag your hard drive and create restore disks. Add $30 for optional software sold separately. (Ex. Symantec, McAfee, ZoneAlarm, Kaspersky, Acronis.) SAVE $20 compared to $229 at retail chains!

DATA BACKUP SERVICES

$200.⁰⁰            Whole System Backup - Backup of OS, programs and user files on CD, DVD, hard drive or other client provided media with reliable data back-up recovery software. Software sold separately. Ask for details.

$80.⁰⁰             User Data Backup - Backup less than 10GB of user files to CD, DVD, hard drive or other client provided media. Ask for quote for more than 10GB. SAVE $149 compared to $229 at retail chains!

NETWORKING & INTERNET SERVICES

$200.⁰⁰                Network Setup 2 to 4 PC’s – Setup of a home or small office computer network new or based on your existing setup. Router, modem, etc. sold separately.

$60.⁰⁰                  Wireless Security – Secure your wireless network with your modem or router. Hardware sold separately.

OTHER SERVICES

$60.⁰⁰             Software Install – Installation of customer supplied software program on your PC and we customize it to fit your needs. Applications only / does not include system backup. (Not all software requires customizing)

$60.⁰⁰                  Hardware Install - Install hardware from I/O cards, memory, optical drives, hard-drives, to printers and more!

$60.⁰⁰              Cleaning  – Removal of major components if needed and use of small cleaning utensils to get the maximum cleaning! Usually done at our office.

$90.⁰⁰              Partitioning and Reformatting - Creating more than one logical drive on a hard disk or prep a hard drive for OS setup or data use. Cost subject to change depending on size of hard drives.

$80.⁰⁰              Peripheral Setup - We will help you set up your printer, camera or scanner to ensure that it works properly with your PC.

$90.⁰⁰              New Computer Setup - We will help you set up your new computer and ensure the system is running properly. Connect via DSL, Cable or Dial-up.

$80.⁰⁰                   DATA Transfer PC to PC – We can move less than 10GB of user files from one computer to the next. Ask for quote for more than 10GB.

$60.^{00 per hour}   Diagnostics, Troubleshooting, Basic Training, Other – At a per hour rate we’ll find the causes of system crashes, errors and the unexpected including various computing needs.
Residential $60.⁰⁰/hr   Commercial $70.⁰⁰/hr
